Returns or exchanges are easy. Please read the policy below then email our customer service department at support@qplussizelingerie.com for shipping and packaging instructions.

• We want you happy. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason we will gladly exchange the item or refund your money. All Clearance and Specials items are nonrefundable. The cost of shipping is usually more than the cost of the item.

• Costumes are considered a special occasion item and are nonrefundable.

• In order to give you the lowest possible price, shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. We will pay to ship any replacement item.
